Other Ways to Give

Thank you for your concern and desire to contribute to ending domestic violence and sexual assault. At Jane Doe Inc. we strive towards the day when families will not have to look back on the year when they lost a loved one to domestic violence... when no survivor awakes in the night trembling from remembrances of a sexual assault... when our rallies on the State House steps are in glorious recognition of all that's good and right in the world, in our country, in Massachusetts, in our homes.

At Jane Doe Inc. we're thankful that our member organizations are there to answer the phone and open the door when more than 100,000 women, children and men across the state who need their help. And yet our deepest desire is to help put these organizations out of business by creating a world free of sexual assault and domestic violence.

Jane Doe’s public advocacy, education and awareness initiatives are guided by the voices of survivors, and supported by the generosity of our friends. We're especially thankful for supporters like you who see the need for action, and then entrust us to act. Individual, corporate and foundation support combined with government funding allow Jane Doe Inc. to fulfill its mission. Stop Family Violence Postal Stamp:
On October 27, 2003, Jane Doe Inc. joined with the Postmaster General of Massachusetts to unveil the new “Stop Family Violence” stamp. This stamp, which costs 45 cents instead of the usual 37 cents, was issued by the U.S. Postal Service to help fund domestic violence services. The additional eight cents resulting from the sale of this stamp will benefit the family violence programs funded by the Federal Executive Office of Health and Human Services.

In addition to raising much-needed funding, this stamp is a great way to raise awareness about the epidemic of domestic violence in our communities. Please help us in the ongoing fight to end family violence by purchasing these stamps online or at your local post office. Let your family and friends know that you are committed to this important cause by using the “Stop Family Violence” postal stamp on the holiday cards you send out this winter. This small gesture will truly help make a big difference in the struggle to make every home a safe home.
