Jane Doe Inc.’s fundraising events offer a chance to meet
and form new partnerships while raising money to support our advocacy,
education, and training programs. We hope you can join us for any
of our upcoming events. Or think about hosting your own party to
benefit JDI!
On October 2, 2008, Jane Doe Inc. celebrated its 30th Anniversary.
First Lady of the Commonwealth Diane Patrick shared her own personal
journey and launched the Public Service Announcement created with
JDI to reach victims and those concerned about their safety. Governor
Deval Patrick, former Governor Paul Cellucci, Department of Public
Health Commissioner John Auerbach were all on hand to lend to the
festivities. Board members and JDI member executive directors, Gina
Scaramella from BARCC (Boston Area Rape Crisis Center) and Kourou
Pich (HarborCOV) also shared their perspectives on the need for
a strong, vibrant statewide coalition.
