THAT TAKES OVARIES is an exciting, collection of real-life stories from women and girls about the gutsy, outrageous, courageous things they have done. Short, multicultural, fun, sassy, touching true tales of estrogen-powered deeds that range from playful to political, including women fighting for their human rights.

Join Jane Doe, the Cambridge Center for Adult Education and Diversity Lab Theatre for a special performance of "That Takes Ovaries" to benefit Jane Doe Inc: The Massachusetts Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence.

What: Special benefit performance of "That Takes Ovaries," a play written by Rivka Solomon & Bobbi Ausubel and directed by Stan Edelson. Followed by Open Mic emceed by Sen. Jarrett Barrios and Sen. Diane Wilkerson

When: Sunday, June 20 at 7:30 p.m.

Where: The Blacksmith House at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education, 56 Brattle Street in Harvard Square

Tickets: $20 per person. Seating is LIMITED! Tickets for this show will be sold at the door prior to show time on a first come, first serve basis.

Proceeds from the show on Sunday, June 20 will support Jane Doe's work to end domestic violence and sexual assault in Massachusetts.
