Untold Stories, Unmet Needs: Meeting the Needs of Survivors with Disabilities (revised 2004)
Serving survivors of sexual and domestic violence with disabilities can be challenging, and many service providers feel unprepared to meet the unique needs of survivors with disabilities. This multi-session curriculum will help service providers gain the knowledge and skills necessary to serve survivors with physical, cognitive, developmental, and psychiatric disabilities. It addresses the needs of survivors with disabilities in a context of promoting a social justice and anti-oppression framework.

Sexual Assault Training Curriculum for New Counselors and Advocates (2003)
This comprehensive 14-session training curriculum is designed to serve as the foundation for training counselors and advocates at Rape Crisis Centers in Massachusetts. It includes: interactive sessions on serving survivors from diverse communities, counseling theory and skills, providing medical and legal advocacy, and much more! Supporting Survivors of Sexual Assault: A Journey to Justice, Health, and Healing (revised 2007) This training manual complements the Sexual Assault Training Curriculum for New Counselors and Advocates and is designed to be used as a text accompanying the training sessions for all new counselors and advocates at rape crisis centers in Massachusetts. The content addresses the diverse needs of sexual assault survivors and three newly revised chapters focus on working with male survivors, Latinas, and gay, lesbian, bisexual and/or transgender individuals. It is also intended to serve as a resource and reference for community members and professionals who may be in a position to provide support to survivors. The Power of Education: Presentation Skills Training (revised 2006)

Community education is a critical piece of anti-sexual and domestic violence work, but educators often receive no additional training in presentation skills. This training manual provides a framework for training sexual assault and domestic violence educators in presentation skills and techniques. It includes sections on preparing for a presentation, organizing presentation content, developing speaking skills, overcoming nervousness about public speaking, handling audience questions and challenges, and more. It can be used to develop workshops on presentation skills for staff, volunteers, board members and survivors. Survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence face many challenges in their recovery and healing processes, one of which can be the risk of acquiring HIV. This guide provides information on sexual assault, domestic violence, HIV transmission, prevention, counseling, testing, and care; examines effective strategies and responses which can be used by advocates; and considers plans to build partnerships with sexual assault/domestic violence advocate/counselors and HIV providers in their communities for enhanced survivor services.
