Bell Atlantic presently has a service called "Star 54." It allows anybody to call 1-301-555-5454 and input a telephone number and for 75 cents, the computer will give the person the name and complete address associated with the phone number.

To get this service blocked on your phone number call 1-888-579-0323 and tell them you want "Star 54" blocked from the phone.
