FY13 Budget Amendments

for victims and survivors of sexual and domestic violence.
The House Ways & Means Budget Recommendations fell short of restoring this critical funding fully. The following three budget amendments will bring funding levels back up to FY2009!

Amendment #479 to H04100:
RISE amendment (line item includes Rape Crisis Center, LGBT, RISE, Batterer Intervention and prevention funding for victims of sexual and domestic violence) - proposes to increase the allocation for line item 4513-1130 to $6,391,677 instead of the House Ways & Means proposal of $5,511,435.
