SUMMARY:Championing the call for a Global Agreement to End Violence Against Women and Girls
DESCRIPTION:please save the date for Thursday\, April 21st\, from 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm\, Eastern Standard Time. The Delaware Alliance Against Sexual Violence will co-host with Every Woman Treaty\, a virtual meeting for the purpose of introduction to Every Woman Treaty Co-Founders\, Dr. Marina Pisklakova-Parker\, Director of Strategic Partnerships and The Honorable Najla Ayoubi\, Chief of Coalition and Global Program. Additional agenda items will\ninclude professional development training opportunities provided by Every Woman Treaty as well as continued discussion on hopeful alignment of language within the treaty to assure U.S.organizations that wish to support the treaty are in agreement. Participants will have to register for the April 21st meeting. The registration link will\nbe available the week of April 11\, 2022.

SUMMARY:North Shore Take Back the Night Event 2
DESCRIPTION:Our second event will be held at NAGLY in Salem on April 21st. Our goal with this event is to uplift the voices of LGBTQIA+ survivors\, particularly youth\, who are often excluded from these conversations. Similarly to Gloucester\, we will begin with a march around downtown Salem before returning to NAGLY for an art gallery and some performances. We invite any LGBTQIA+ youth who would like to share art (of any medium) that relates to survivorship and healing to sign up here.
